How to make Triphala Churna at home?

To make Triphala Churna at home you will need harad, baheda and amla. To prepare the mixture you need all of them in dry form. You need to deseed them.


Grind harad, baheda and amla separately. The out covering and pulp should be grinded of the three ingredients.

Now mix them in equal proportion to make Triphala churna.

You should store in an airtight container.

It has a shelf life of four months.
