Yedenipani Mallikarjuna Yatra is held in Shravan month. It
is an important fair and festival at Mallikarjuna Temple dedicated to Shiva at Yedenipani
near Sangli in Maharashtra. Yedenipani Mallikarjuna Yatra 2024 date is September 2.
The yatra is organized on the Mondays in Shravan month. The
most important date is the last Monday of Shravan month.
Hundreds of devotees participate in this annual fair and
festival. The Shivling is worshiped with water, bilva leaves and milk on the
day.
Yedenipani Mallikarjuna Yatra is observed on the last Monday
during the Shravan Krishna Paksha or waning phase of moon in Shravan month as
per traditional Hindu lunar calendar followed in Maharashtra.
