Emerald – Marathakam or Panna.
Diamond – Heera or Vajram
Pearl – Mothi or Muthu or Pavizham
Yellow Sapphire – Pukhraj
Ruby – Manik
Red Coral – Moonga
Cat’s eye - Vaiduryam or Sutramani
Blue Sapphire – Neelam
Hessonite – Gomedh
