Udgaon Jogeshwari Yatra is annually observed in Vaishakh
month. It is the annually festival and fair at the famous Jogeshwari Temple
The festival attracts hundreds of devotees to the shrine
dedicated to Goddess Jogeshwari. The important rituals include procession of
the deity.

Amavasya day or the no moon day in Vaishakh month as per traditional Hindu
lunar calendar followed in Maharashtra .
