Shri Nrusimha Saraswati, or Narsingh Saraswati Swami Maharaj
or Guru Maharaj, who is believed to be the second manifestation of Guru Dattatreya.
His Jayanti or birth anniversary is annually observed in Paush month. Shri
Nrusimha Saraswati Jayanti 2025 date is January 1. The day is of great
importance at Karanja near Washim in Maharashtra .
Shri Nrusimha Saraswati traveled across Maharashtra,
Karnataka, Goa and Andhra Pradesh spreading
spiritual knowledge and performing miracles. Scores of devotees became his
disciples and some of them became saints in future.
The Janmasthan or the birthplace of the saint is located at
Karanja near Washim in Maharashtra .

Paush Shukla Paksha Dwitiya or the second day of the waxing phase of moon in
