Sant Lahanuji Maharaj (1895 – 1971) was a great saint in the
Bhakti tradition in central India
especially in Maharashtra . His punyatithi or
death anniversary is annually observed in the Shravan month. Sant Brahanpur
Maharaj Punyatithi 2024 date is August 19. It is an important event at
Takharkhed in Wardha and in many regions in Maharashtra
Sant Lahanuji Maharaj taught the equality of all people. He
gave advice and darshan to people from all walks of life.
The punyatithi is annually observed on the Shravan Purnima
tithi – the full moon day in Shravan month as per traditional Hindu lunar
calendar followed in Maharashtra .
