Dharma (righteousness) is the essence of life.
It is better to live your own destiny imperfectly than
to live an imitation of somebody else's life with perfection.
The mind is fickle. It changes its desires every
moment. The desire for the Supreme is the only permanent desire.
Speak the truth, be just, and do not yield to
anger.
The greatest happiness can be found in the service of
others.
The greatest enemy of knowledge is not ignorance, it
is the illusion of knowledge.
One should not sit idle. One should do whatever work
comes his way. By doing work, one can find happiness.
Fear has many eyes and can see things
underground.
Do not be sorry for those who refuse to apologize for
their mistakes. Be sorry for yourself if you fail to forgive
The ultimate purpose of life is to realize the Supreme
Truth and attain liberation from the cycle of birth and death.
