Vishnupathi Punyakalam is an auspicious period dedicated to Lord Vishnu. There are four Vishnupada Parva Punyakala days in a traditional Hindu calendar and this is more closely associated with Tamil Vaishnava culture. A particular period on the day is considered highly auspicious for worshiping Narayana (Lord Vishnu).
