New Book on Bhagavad Gita and Management

Management with a Difference: The insight from Indian wisdom is a new book which attempts to bring out the need and relevance of value based management in the present complex and fast changing environment. The value based management finds its inspiration in the Bhagavad Gita. The book is written by Swami Anubhavananda and Prof Arya Kumar and is published by Ane Books India.

In Management with a Difference: The insight from Indian wisdom, the authors emphasis that management is a people driven process in search of excellence, so as to achieve a well defined corporate goal by ensuring a due benefit and value to the customer and society in general.

Swami Anubhavananda teaches management, yoga and Vedanta at Birla Institute of Technology (BITS), Pilani and at Kaivalyadham in Lonavala, Maharashtra. Prof Arya Kumar heads the entrepreneurship development and IPR (intellectual property rights) unit and is also group leader of Economics and Finance at BITS, Pilani.
