  3. Vastra Dhauti (Cleansing with a cloth strip)

    • A soft, thin, sterile cloth strip (approximately 2-3 meters long) is swallowed and then withdrawn.
    • Method: The cloth is swallowed slowly while drinking water. Once fully ingested, the cloth is gently pulled out to remove impurities from the oesophagus.
