March 2019 – March 3, 10, 17, 22, 24 and March 31

April 2019 – April 7, 10, 11, 12, 14, 18, 19, 28 and April 29

May 2019 – May 8, 10, 15, 26, 27, 30 and May 31

June 2019 – June 6, 12, 14, 23, 26 and June 28

July 2019 – July 4, 10, 11, 19, 24, 25, and July 29

August 2019 – August 7, 14, 15, 16, and August 25

September 2019 – September 2, 11, and September 30

October 2019 – October 10 and October 14

November 2019 – November 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, and November 18

December 2019 – December 1, 2, 8, 12, 20 and December 29.
