An Interactive multimedia DVD on Brihadeeswarar Temple in Tamil Nadu is created by the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA). There are Seven DVDs detailing aspects from floor plan to iconography to rituals and festivals of Brihadeeswarar Temple.

Built in 1010 AD by Raja Raja Chola, the Brihadeeswara Temple at Thanjavur in Tamil Nadu, popularly known as Big Temple, is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Brihadeeswarar Temple, originally known as the Rajarajeshvara temple, is acclaimed as the finest achievement of Chola art and architecture. The temple is dedicated to Shiva.
