Kuttumukku Mahadeva Temple is located at Kuttumukku in Thrissur District in Kerala. This famous Shiva shrine is around 7 km from Thrissur town. The festival is noted for unique rituals and festivities and attracts scores of devotees. Kuttumukku Mahadeva Temple Festival 2016 date is February 9 to February 18. The festival ends with Arattu.
The temple is traditionally decorated with plantain, coconut leaves, flowers, leaves, traditional lamps and lights.

Caparisoned elephants, melam, fireworks and sheevali are part of the festival.
