Narsobachiwadi or Narsobawadi is a holy place, 22 km from
Sangli in Maharashtra , associated with Sri
Narasimha Saraswati, a follower of Sri Dattatreya. The place is known as
Narsinhwadi after the famous saint. The place is holy because it is located on
the confluence of five rivers – Siva, Bhadra, Kumbhi, Bhagwati and Saraswati.
The rivers merge in the Krishna
River .
