Moshi Kanifnath Yatra is observed in Phalgun month and is
dedicated to Kanifnath, one of the nine Maha Yogis of Navnath Sampradaya. Moshi
located near Pimpri Chinchwad in Maharashtra
houses a sacred place dedicated to the great saint. Moshi Kanifnath Yatra 2025 date
is March 19.
Kanifnath is believed to be an incarnation of Prabuddha
Narayan and is mentioned in the Bhagavata Purana.
Kanifnath Yatra is annually held on Phalgun Krishna Paksha
Panchami or the fifth day during the waning phase of moon in Phalgun month as
per traditional lunar calendar followed in Maharashtra .
