Anand Swami Punyatithi at Jalna

Anand Swami Punyatithi is annually observed in Magh month. It is the death anniversary of Sant Anand Swami and is observed mainly at Jalna. Devotees attend prayer meetings and other programs on the day. Anand Swami Punyatithi 2025 date is February 21.

The Samadhi mandir of Anand Swami is located at Jalna. The temple is more than 250 years old and was built by Maratha warrior Mahadji Shinde.

Anand Swami Punyatithi is annually observed on Magh Krishna Paksha Ashtami tithi or the eighth day during the waning phase of moon in Magh month as per traditional Hindu lunar calendar followed in Maharashtra.
