Lessen the quantity of unnecessary thoughts – Mata Amritanandamayi

The factor stringing together individuals, society and nature is missing from today’s educational system. That factor is spiritual values.

Only when we serve others with the right understanding and with love and faith, will we be happy and peaceful in life.

If you are not able to give material support to those in need, give a smile, a loving word and a compassionate look.

Lessen the quantity of unnecessary thoughts and allow more space for the energy of love to flow within you. Mata Amritanandamayi
