Tithi in Hindu Calendar on February 2, 2013 (Today) – Krishna Paksha Sashti and Saptami Tithi or the sixth and seventh day during the waning phase of moon in Hindu Calendar and Panchang in all places. It is Krishna Paksha Sashti Tithi or sixth day during the waning phase of moon till 7:47 AM on February 2. Then onward it is Krishna Paksha Saptami Tithi or the seventh day during the waning phase of moon. All time based on India Standard Time.
Note – In calendars followed in western parts of India (Maharashtra and Gujarat) it is only marked as Krishna Paksha Sashti Tithi.
Nakshatra – Chitra or Chithirai Nakshatra till 5:11 PM on February 2. Then onward it is Swathi or Chothi Nakshatram.
Rashi or Moon Sign – Kanya Rashi till 5:39 AM. Then onward it is Tula Rashi.
