Beneshwar Mela in Rajasthan

Beneshwar Mela in Rajasthan is annually held from Magh Shukla Paksha Ekadasi to Magh Purnima as per traditional Hindu calendar followed in Rajasthan. Beneshwar Mela 2018 date is from January 28 to January 31. The most important date is the Magh Purnima day – January 31, 2018.

Beneshwar temple is dedicated to Shiva. The Shivling worshipped here is located on a delta formed by Som, Mahi and Jakham Rivers.
The festival is one of the largest tribal fair in India.
Beneshwar temple is located around 7 km from Sabla, which is on the Udaipur – Banswara – Dungarpur Road.
Banswara town is around 52 km from the temple. Udaipur is around 123 Km from the temple.
