Route of Thanka Anki Procession From Aranmula to Sabarimala Temple – Temples Giving Reception to Thanga Angi of Ayyappa

Thanka Anki Procession is held to the famous Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple for Mandala puja. The route of the Thanka Anki begins from Aranmula Parthasarathy Temple. The Thanga Angi is given reception at various Temples enroute to Sabarimala. Aranmula Sree Parthasarathy Temple is around 100 km away from Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple.

Thanka Anki Procession begins from Aranmula Parthasarathy Temple at 7 AM on December 22.

First Day of Procession
After leaving Aranmula Temple, the procession will be given traditional receptions at
Moorthitta Sree Ganapathi Temple,
Punnamthottam Temple, 
Nedumprayar Thevalkasseri Devi Temple,
Pampadimon Temple, 
Elanthur Sree Bhagavathikunnu Devi Temple, 
Ganapathi Temple,
Mezhuveli Temple,
Elavumthitta Devi Temple
Prakanam Idanattidom Temple, and
the procession will halt on the first day at Omallur Sree Rakthakadnaswami Temple.

Second Day of Procession
Kodunthara Sree Subramanian Temple,
Pathanamthitta Sree Dharma Sastha Temple,
Kadammanitta Rishikesa Temple, 
Bhagavathi Temple,
Mekhozhoor Rishikesa Temple, 
Vettoor Sree Mahavishnu Temple and
will halt on the second day at Konni Muringamangamangalam Sree Mahadeva Temple.

Third Day of Procession
Vettoor Sree Ayiravillan Temple,
Malayalappuzha Devi Temple,
Mannarakulnaji  Junction,
Ranni Ramapuram Temple, 
Vadasserikara Prayara Sree Mahavishnu Temple,
Madamon Srre Rishikesa Temple, and 
will halt at Perunad Sree Dhama Sastha Temple on the third day.

Fourth Day of Procession
Nilackal Sree Mahadeva Temple
Pampa Ganapathi Temple
Saramkuthi 
Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple
