Kali Maa Temple at Bengali Mohal in Shivala in Kanpur is a small temple but attracts thousands of devotees as it is widely believed that devotees who place a lock here get their wishes fulfilled. Placing a lock at the 500-year-old temple signifies that a person has 'locked his wish' at the doors of Goddess Kali.
