You can buy it on July 2, 3, 7, 9, and 16.

@ Bangalore...You don't need to worry much about Ashada...the fears associated it where mostly due to scientific reason when there was no medical facility etc.
You can opt for July 2, 3, 7 and 9. There are Shubh dates.
If still you have doubts of Ashada offer prayers to Ganesha before doing all things related to your new home.

If you are looking for specific grah pravesh dates there are no dates for it in July 2011.
@ ideal place for puja area...Avoid those places that are facing toilet. Avoid bedrooms.
