Lakshmi Ganapati form of Ganesha

Lakshmi Ganapati is one of the 32 forms of Ganesha. This form of Ganesh is worshipped for attaining wealth and prosperity. A unique feature of this form is that Ganapathy is flanked by consorts Siddhi and Buddhi. Lakshmi Ganapati mantra is
Bibhranah Shukha Beejapuraka milanamanikya
Kumbhakshushaan Paasham kapalataam cha khangavilasijjyotih
Sudhaa nirjharah Shyaamenaatta saroruhena sahitam devidvyam chantikee
Gowrango varadaana hasta sahitah lashmi Ganesha svataata

The Lakshmi Ganapati form of Ganesha has eight hands and holds parrot, mango fruit, amrit pot, ankusha, noose, a branch of kalpataru, sword and white lotus. Siddhi and Buddhi which represents achievement and wisdom sit on his laps.

The famous Muruga temple in Palani has Lakshmi Ganapati murti as a subsidiary deity.
