My father DOB is 17.09.1939, my DOB 30.11.1970 and my wife DOB 05.01.1980. I bought a new built house in Amritsar(Punjab) and facing of house is "East" and which dates of Girha Pravesh or Shub Mahurat in last week of Sep. i.e. after 26 Sep. 2011 that dates start 27 Sep. 2011 Navratre or Oct. 2011 and Nov. 2011 also suggest best date.

this is a 2BHK home in 1st floor which has main entrance gate from south side road and anti clock direction steps lead to main door facing west. that is person entering will face towards east. Now my confusion is whether this is a EAST facing home or WEST facing home.
On entering there is a hall,next to it is a open place for puja room, next is bedroom with south facing door.Beside hall there is one more bedroom with north facing door, beside this bedroom there is bathroom with north facing door and toilet with east facing door.Wash basin outside toilet with person using it facing towards north.Beside this kitchen in N-W corner,sink in left side of platform and gas stove provision in right side of platform i.e.,person who is cooking on stove facing North direction and using sink will face West direction.
There is a durga maa temple in west side of home just after 2 houses from adjacent to us in west direction. Stairs to terrace are provided from kitchen and overhead tank is provided in N-W corner of the room situated on a single room constructed in N-W corner above our house. There is one more overhead tank in center of house(S-W) corner which is for ground floor tenants.
Please suggest me whether I should take this on rent or not. It is very important to me as I am getting married this month and bringing my wife along with me by this month end and also tell me the procedure for rented home griha pravesh.

Do I need to follow Bengali Panjika or should I follow Karnataka panjika?

@New Jersey...The period you have chosen there is Adhika Masa. If you are from a region following it then it will not be possible to get a dates during the period.

@Thane...there are no grah pravesh dates in May and June...You will only get good dates if you with you can perform it on this dates.
@Sonia...there are no grah pravesh dates in June in Hyderabad region.
@Jatin...25th July is a very good date you can do Grah Pravesh on this date.
