Panchak is a period of five days in a month in a Hindu Lunar calendar which is considered inauspicious. As per astrologers and Panchangs, it is the transition of Moon from Kumbha Rashi (or Aquarius Zodiac) and Meena Rashi (or Pisces Zodiac). Here are Panchak time and dates in 2013.

May 3, 2013 starts at 4:53 PM and ends at 04:30 AM on May 8, 2013
May 31, 2013 starts at 1:01 AM and ends at 12:16 PM on June 4, 2013
June 27, 2013 starts at 9:15 PM and ends at 8:02 PM on July 1, 2013
July 24, 2013 starts at 5:28 PM and ends at 3:48 AM on July 29, 2013
August 21, 2013 starts at 1:32 AM and ends at 11:25 AM on August 25, 2013
September 17, 2013 starts at 9:31 AM and ends at 6:53 PM on September 21, 2013
October 14, 2013 starts at 5:23 PM and ends at 2:24 AM on October 19, 2013
November 11, 2013 starts at 1:24 AM and ends at 10:05 AM on November 15, 2013
December 8, 2013 starts at 9:30 AM ends at 5:46 PM on December 12, 2013.
Panchak is strictly followed by certain Hindu communities and they do not travel during the period and do not perform any auspicious ceremonies.
Please note that Panchak is ignored by majority of Hindu communities in South India.
