The application form for Amarnath Yatra 2011 is available at 121 designated Branches of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank for free. You can also download and print the application forms online.

You have to fill the form and submit at the branches of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank.
Registration will be done after the normal banking hours, between 3 PM to 6 PM on every working day except on Saturdays when it will be done between 1 PM to 4 PM at the designated branches of Jammu and Kashmir Bank.
