You forgot to take into consideration the day light savings.Its actually 6.07 Central time
Not sure if the EST is adjusted for EDT.
Also, Even inside EDT, not all locations enter panguni at the same time.
For instance, for Marlborough, MA - Per mypanchangam.com, Time of entering panguni is 7.21AM not 6.27AM (the roughly one hour makes me think your time is not adjusted for DST)
Stroudsburg, PA Time is 7.18AM.
