Navratri 2010 Kalash Sthapana Puja Time - Navaratri Ghatasthapana Time in 2010

Kalashsthapana Puja, or Ghatasthapana, is the one of the most important ceremony during Navratri festival in northern and western parts of India and in Nepal. The best time for Ghatasthapana on October 8, 2010 is 6:00 am to 9:00 am. Navarati Kalash Sthapana Puja involves invoking the mother Goddess in a Pot or Kalash and sowing of seeds (barely etc). Some astrologers have also given Kalash Sthapana 2010 Time from sunrise to 10:00 AM on October 8. (Indian Standard Time).
Note - Majority of the panchangs and calendars are of the view that the Kalashsthapana puja is better performed before 10: 00 AM on the day. Note - Avoid puja between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM as it is the Rahu Kalam and pujas are usually avoided. The Puja has to be completed on the day before 8:55 PM (night) as the first day Navratri Tithi ends at this time.
