There is a popular belief that the entire day of Diwali auspicious and there is no need to look for Deepavali Puja time. Diwali Puja in 2010 is on November 5. But there people who look auspicious or best time to perform Lakshmi Puja, Ganesh Puja, Sharda Pooja, Muhurat Pujan, Chopda Pujan and Kuber Puja. The pujas are performed during the Shubh Time.

North Indian Calendars and Panchang - 1530 hrs to 1700 hrs
- 19:30 hrs to 2020 hrs

- 1803 hrs to 2042 hrs (06:03 PM to 08:42 PM)
