Khairatabad Ganesha Idol 2009 for Ganesh Chaturthi Festival

Hyderabad Khairatabad Ganesha Idol 2009 is in the form of Matsya Ganesha. Ganesh idols made during Ganesh Chaturthi festival at Khairatabad near Hyderabad are famous for its huge size – the size of the Khairatabad Ganesh is usually more than 40 feet. The Matsya Ganesha idol in 2009 is flanked by a scene depicting the Sri Bhakta Kannappa Moksham and by the idol of Sri Dattatreya.

This is the 54^th year of the Khairatabad Ganesh Chaturthi festival.
