Vaikasi month in 2009 in Tamil Calendar – Vaigasi Masam

Vaikasi, or Vaigasi, is the second month in a year in traditional Tamil Calendar. The most auspicious day in the month is the Vaikasi Visagam day. Special pujas and rituals are held in the month in the famous Srirangam Ranganathananda Temple. In 2009, Vaikasi month begins on May 15 and ends on June 14, 2009.
