Navratri October Brahmotsavam in Tirumala Tirupati Temple

In 2007, there are two Srivari Brahmotsavams in Tirumala Tirupati Balaji temple. This is due to the Adhika Masam in this year. The Navarathri Brahmotsavam will be held from October 12 to October 20. The nine-day festival coincides with the Navratri celebrations in 2007. Lord Venkateswara devotees are elated by this second Brahmotsavams in a year.

The annual Srivari Brahmotsavam were held from September 15 to September 23. Brahmotsavam is a nine-day festival in which the processional deity is taken around the streets of temple is separate Vahanas (Vehicles) on each day. Some of the important vahanas include Hamsa Vahanam, Garuda Vahanam and Hanumantha Vahanam.
