Love is a calming emotion. It is good to reduce stress. There are many different types of love.
Love encourages good feelings between folk. It can be shown by kindness, thoughtfulness, effort to help somebody or cheer someone up. Love can make one feel happy and content. Love is natural and spontaneous and is continually expressed.
Give love and take love without oneupmanship, brinkmanship or hard feelings.
