Image fromPattnaik said that about 1000 tonne of sand was used for the sculpture --- 100 feet long, 30 feet wide and 15 feet high --- which took 40 hours of nonstop work to create.
"We set out yesterday (22nd December) with the aim of completing the sculpture in 50 hours, but we have been able to nearly complete it in 40 hours," Pattnaik said.
