The album features compositions on the different female (Devi) deities in Chidambaram, Madurai
The DVD also features visuals of the deities and the temples.
The album includes the compositions of Thyagaraja, Muthuswamy Dikshithar, Subbaraya Sastri, Gopalakrishna Bharati, Harikesanallur Muthiah Bhagavathar, and Papanasam Sivan.
